Refund & Return Policy
At ModiFans, every item is made just for you through our print-on-demand process. Because each product is custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll always make it right if there’s a problem with your order.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect:

You are eligible for a free replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Claims must be submitted within 20 days of delivery.

You may be asked to provide clear photos of the item showing the issue.

The defective item does not need to be returned.
2. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order never arrives or is lost in transit:

Please contact us, and we’ll work with our print partner to investigate.

Once confirmed, we will issue a free replacement or refund.
3. What Is Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns
We cannot provide refunds or exchanges for the following:

Wrong size, color, or product ordered by the customer

Customer “change of mind” after ordering

Small variations in product or print placement (within standard tolerance)

Design quality issues if the uploaded photo or file was low resolution or blurry
4. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
5. How to Submit a Claim
To report a damaged, defective, or missing item, please email us at customersupport@modifans.com with the following:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item (if applicable)
We’ll respond within 2–3 business days and make it right.
