Standard production time is 2–5 business days before shipment.

During peak seasons or sales, production may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Times (Domestic Only)

Most orders within the U.S. are delivered within 10–12 business days from the date the order is placed.

This estimate includes both production time and shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type and destination.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage or promotions for details.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. Wrong Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an invalid address, reshipping fees will apply.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages

Confirmed lost packages will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
7. Multiple Items in One Order
Because products are custom printed and may ship from different facilities, you might receive your items in separate packages.
